 Rim of the World had a great season, going into CIF with a 3,2 score.  "This year we have the best group of players, along with a great work ethic. We have really worked hard, and are ready to take the first step into winning the CIF championship." Chaminade vs. Cathedral Rematch for Birth to CIF Championship Game

After triumphing the Morro Bay Pirates 61-7 in an absolute statement game, the Eagles are ready to face Cathedral, a team they defeated in the Mission League Championship game 62-26. After easily defeating Pacifica 64-11, Chaminade will now move into the second round of playoffs and face Morro Bay. Journey to CIF Championship Starts Friday Night

Even after winning their first Mission League title in six years by defeating Cathedral 62-26, the Chaminade Eagles are not done. Now, the Eagles are hopeful for a CIF championship. Banning vs.Carson, Always a Rivalry

Tomorrow night, the Carson High School football team will travel to PCH and Avalon to take on the Banning Pilots in a end of season rivalry game. Although these two programs were consistently playing each other for City Championships in the 80's, the game is still considered one of the biggest rivalry games in the area.
